About Dr. Narwani

As the Founder and Medical Director of Specialty Pain Management, Dr. Narwani brings over 20 years of experience diagnosing and treating chronic pain. His training includes anesthesiology residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and a pain medicine fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston.

He appreciates that each patient’s pain is unique. That’s why Dr. Narwani develops highly individualized treatment plans — combining medication management and advanced interventional procedures tailored to each person’s needs.

Whether the issue is spinal-related pain, arthritis, neuropathy, headaches, or complex chronic conditions, he and his team offer compassionate, honest communication and a commitment to improving quality of life.

The practice serves patients across the region — from the East Valley to surrounding communities. Dr. Narwani understands how chronic pain impacts daily life and aims to help patients reclaim mobility, activity, and overall wellness.

Life Outside the Clinic

When he’s not treating patients, Dr. Narwani enjoys spending time with his family, grilling out, playing pickleball, and training for triathlons.
