Dear Patients:

As the Founder and Medical Director of Specialty Pain Management, Dr. Narwani completed his residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Texas in Houston, and Pain fellowship at the University of Texas in Galveston.  Double-board certified with 20 years of extensive knowledge, he is an expert in diagnosing and treating chronic pain.  

 He understands that no two patients feel the same pain, and is able to design a very specific treatment plan for each patient depending on their needs. He welcomes patients in all walks of life, accepts multiple different insurance plans, and will be honest and open with his discussions.

Optimizing and combining medications with interventional therapeutic pain procedures, he treats a wide range of pain symptoms from spinal related pain, arthritis, headaches, sciatica, spinal compression fractures  or complex neuropathies. He believes in treating each patient with a tailored plan respecting their specific pain needs to achieve a full, active, and functional lifestyle.  Dr Narwani and his providers believe in integrating care such as trigger point injections, Epidural steroid injections, Radiofrequency Ablations, Kyphoplasty, Spinal cord stimulator and other advanced procedures to minimize chronic pain.

 With our main office located in Gilbert, Tempe and Casa Grande, his patients travel valley-wide from Maricopa, Queen Creek, and San Tan Valley.  He understands that living with chronic pain hinders one’s ability to a fulfilled life and strives to restore that quality of life back to his patients. Whether that be training for marathon or playing pickle ball, to going back to work or spending time with your kids/grandkids. Our goal is to offer you a dependable source and to take away any undue stress by managing your pain

On his free time, Dr. Narwani enjoys spending time with his family, barbecuing, playing Pickle ball and training for triathlons.
